We are Roché (pronounced "row-shay") . . . Contemporary Island Pop!

Roché brings a sun-soaked Island Pop sound that blends contemporary songwriting with Latin and tropical grooves, creating a high-energy show that feels like summer no matter where the stage is!

Roché is a 3-4 piece Contemporary Island Pop band, with expandable horns, as needed. At the heart of Roché is a formidable creative partnership: singer-songwriter and guitarist Nancy Roché, and songwriter, arranger, trombonist, and keyboardist Tom Frazee. Roché brings presence, polish, and real entertainment value—fully capable of carrying any size venue, remaining flexible and expandable without ever losing its artistic identity.

Rooted in New England and refined by years in the Pacific Northwest, Roché blends deep musical pedigree with pure feel-good energy. Nancy’s history with top New England acts including the popular Zonkaraz, and Tom’s legacy at Berklee College of Music—where he founded the Songwriting Department and Major—deliver a sound that’s rhythmic, soulful, and horn-driven. Think Caribbean, Latin, and Pop served with warmth, groove, and joy: original songs you didn’t know you needed, and familiar favorites reimagined. Whether it’s a club, festival, private event, or oceanside celebration, Roché feels right at home.

In 2025, Roché stepped back from live performance to focus on writing and recording—re-emerging with a bolder, more original sound. New music videos and audio are being added as they’re completed and shared across social audio and video platforms. Thier style remains uniquely thier own, perfoming originals and also drawing from contemporary favorites infused with Latin and Caribbean pop influences.

Roché uses advanced music technology to support the live performances of vocalist Nancy Roché and keyboardist / trombonist Tom Frazee...and many of the guests artists that join us on stage.  Since 1990, Roché has performed all over North America as a duo, 3-piece, 4-piece, even large show venues in Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe.  Everything from the corner of a resturant, to a 65,000 person outdoor venue, to the Jubilee Room at Bally's Las Vegas!

Everything you hear is arranged and programed by Nancy and Tom.  Every.  Single.  Note!  Tom is a professional arranger, getting his degree in Arranging from Berklee College of Music and has arranged for small groups, big bands, vocal groups, Las Vegas shows, even full orchestras.  He is uniquely trained to know how all instruments are played!  So the beats and styles are all Roché !
